Join us for a day of volleyball, fun, and all the the Hot Apple Cider you can Drink for a worthy cause! Gray Ducks provides free fitness and wellness programs for at risk youth!
$120 per team; $20 for individual. All Teams are guaranteed 2 games: $150 for 1st Place / $50 for 2nd Place
Proceeds go towards Gray Ducks’ mission of promoting health equity by providing at risk youth with opportunities to live a healthy and active lifestyle.

Family Yoga In Alexandra House Gray Ducks is now providing family yoga classes to victims of domestic and sexual violence at Alexandra House in Blaine! Our Trauma-Informed Yoga Instructors provide free classes to individuals and family members currently residing in domestic abuse shelters to help in the healing and recovery process.

Yoga for Incarcerated YouthGray Ducks is now providing weekly yoga classes to boys and girls incarcerated in the East Central Regional Juvenile Detention Center in Lino Lakes! Gray Ducks is teaching yoga to over 25 kids a week. The majority of kids are experiencing yoga for the first time and are receiving the phyiscal and mental benefits of yoga.

Winter Dodgeball
Gray Ducks provided free weekly Dodgeball this winter at Scheffer Recreation Center. Kids go t o have fun and be active playing dodgeball in a structured and supportive environment.

Kickball for Kids in East Regional Juvenile Center
Gray Ducks is offering summer recreational kickball events to the boys and girls incarcerated in the East Regional Juvenile Center in Lino Lakes, Minnesota starting in June! This program will provide incarcerated youth with recreational, fitness, and mentorship opportunities in a fun and supportive environment. Yoga for Incarcerated Youth

In November 2017, Gray Ducks started providing free weekly yoga classes to incarcerated youth in Ramsey County juvenile correctional facilities.
Trauma-informed yoga practices are highly beneficial for individuals that have experience trauma or abuse. Gray Ducks provides opportunites for youth to experience yoga in a positive and safe environment within the criminal justice system.
